Ich freue mich sehr über dein Interesse an meinen einzigartigen Gemälden. Damit du ein klares Bild vom Versand und den Rücksendeoptionen bekommst, teile ich gerne einige wichtige Informationen mit dir.
Versand: Deutschland
Alle angegebenen Preise sind in Euro und verstehen sich Gemäß § 19 UStG ohne der gesetzlichen Mehrwertsteuer (19%). Porto- und Verpackungskosten kommen gemäß der gesonderten Zahlungsbedingungen hinzu. Der Versand innerhalb Deutschlands erfolgt immer versichert.
Versand: Europa & Weltweit
Ich lege großen Wert darauf, dass meine Kunstwerke sicher und sorgfältig verpackt werden, bevor sie ihren Weg zu dir antreten. Der Versandpreis ist individuell und hängt von den Maßen und dem Gewicht des ausgewählten Gemäldes sowie dem Zielort ab. Im Warenkorb werde ich versuchen die genauen Versandkosten automatisch zu berechnen, bei Übergrößen (Sperrgut) werde ich mich eventuell mit dir in Verbindung setzen um die bestmögliche Versandmethode zu evaluieren.
Zoll- und Importgebühren
Bitte beachte, dass bei internationalen Bestellungen zusätzliche Zoll- und Importgebühren anfallen können, die von dir als Empfänger übernommen werden müssen. Diese Gebühren variieren je nach Land und sind nicht im Gesamtpreis enthalten. Es ist ratsam, im Voraus die Zollbestimmungen deines Landes zu prüfen.
Lieferzeit
Die Lieferzeit richtet sich nach dem Zielort. Nachdem deine Bestellung erfolgreich bearbeitet wurde, erhältst du von mir eine Versandbestätigung mit einer Sendungsverfolgungsnummer. So kannst du jederzeit den Lieferstatus deiner Kunstwerke nachverfolgen.
Rücksendungen
Falls du innerhalb von 14 Tagen nach Erhalt der Ware mit deiner Bestellung nicht zufrieden bist, kannst du von deinem Widerrufsrecht gebrauch machen. Genauere Informationen findest du unter dem Punkt “Widerrufsrecht” in unseren AGB.
Bitte beachte, dass du gemäß unserer AGB in jedem Fall die Kosten der Rücksendung trägst. Nach Eingang der Ware werden wir dir alle erhaltenen Zahlungen erstatten.
Bitte beachte, dass eine Rückgabe nur innerhalb von 14 Tagen nach Erhalt der Ware möglich ist.

Shipping & Returns
I am very pleased about your interest in my unique paintings. In order to provide you with a clear picture of our shipping and return options, I am happy to share some important information with you.
Shipping: Germany
All prices are in Euro and according to § 19 UStG without the legal value-added tax (19%). Shipping and packaging costs will be added according to separate payment conditions. Shipping within Germany is always insured.
Shipping: Europe & Worldwide
I place great importance on ensuring that my artworks are securely and carefully packaged before they embark on their journey to you. The shipping cost is individual and depends on the dimensions and weight of the selected painting as well as the destination. In the shopping cart, I will attempt to automatically calculate the exact shipping costs; for oversized items (bulky goods), I may contact you to evaluate the best possible shipping method.
Customs and Import Duties
Please note that for international orders, additional customs and import duties may apply, which you as the recipient will be responsible for. These fees vary depending on the country and are not included in the total price. It is advisable to check your country's customs regulations in advance.
Delivery Time
The delivery time depends on the destination. Once your order has been successfully processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation from me with a tracking number. This allows you to track the delivery status of your artworks at any time.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, you have the right of withdrawal. More detailed information can be found under the "Right of Withdrawal" section in our terms and conditions. Please note that, according to our terms and conditions, you are responsible for the return shipping costs in any case. Upon receipt of the goods, we will refund all payments received.
